General terms:
1. I do not allow my art to be used either as NFT or put in an AI database, even if it is a commission.
2. If you ask me to draw OCs, you will have to give me references. Sending me references of existing characters is also very helpful and will shorten the amount of time needed to complete the commission.
3. I do not draw: nsfw, furries, huge animals, full mecha, offensive depictions, or anything I feel uncomfortable with. I can decline a request for any reason and not give any justifications for it. I also do not draw anything outside of my art style.
4. I retain the rights of any commission I make, so I can post it on my pages or showcase it in my portfolio at any time (can be discussed).
5. Personal use of the art you commissioned is completely fine.
6. Commissions may take 1 to 4 weeks to finish, depending on feedback, complexity, or personal reasons.
7. I will regularly update you on the progress, so that you can check during each step, if the illustration is going in the direction you want. It will also give you the opportunity to ask for slight adjustments if needed. I will also let you know if I feel that I might take longer than expected to complete.
8. I do not accept complete revisions after the values or color draft stage. I will remind you when I reach that point in the process. Please note that only 3 complete revisions are allowed overall.
Payment information:
1. The prices mentioned are for non-commercial use only. For commercial rights, it will be double the price.
2. I use PayPal and require the full payment upfront. I do not accept refunds after I start working on the sketch.
3. Once the slot is secured and all the details have been discussed, you will have 2 days to pay. Please do not send me any kind of payment beforehand. I will start working on the commission after the payment.
4. We will agree on the content of the commission before you pay. Only small changes can be added later and extra fees may apply.
5. If any transaction issues occur, the commission will be put on hold until further notice.
